The Roots N’ Boots Queen Creek Event Committee (also called the Rodeo Committee) is responsible for planning and execution of RnBQC. This includes all budgeting, scheduling, contracting, purchasing, management, coordination, setup and tear down. We meet every month starting in September. We typically have around 35 committee members, and are broken into areas of responsibility, each having a Chair person. We are always looking for new members, and have a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. 2025 Meeting Schedule - Second Thursday
Committee meetings are the second Thursday of the month, at 7pm in the ARISE ( 21419 S Ellsworth Rd, Queen Creek, AZ 85142 ) conference room. Dates below are Committee Meetings unless noted otherwise.
ARISE has been generous enough to allow us to meet in their facility, so PLEASE adhere to the following:
- Meeting access is ONLY via the west, external stairwell;
- Do not access the south facing customer entrance or the east facing Emergency entrance;
- Please park away from the building, as ARISE is a 24hr facility.

Youth Scholarship
The Youth Scholarship is an annual award and our way of saying Thank You to the youth who support Roots N’ Boots Queen Creek.
