Our Hospitality tent is open for sponsors, VIP’s, contestants, rodeo royalty, contract personnel, uniformed emergency services and Roots N’ Boots Queen Creek committee members before and during each pro rodeo performance Thursday to Sunday. The public is invited to enjoy the Hospitality Tent on Sunday during the pancake breakfast.
Credentials are required to enter. Contestants – please visit the rodeo office for your back number, companion pass and meal tickets! Everyone else, your Roots N’ Boots contact will let you know how to get your credentials.
In Hospitality, we invite you to enjoy a meal, get a photograph taken in our complimentary photo booth and you can even relax and enjoy the rodeo livestream on TV!
Thursday March 14th:
- Meal service with complimentary soft drinks and water from 4:00pm to 30 minutes after the last bull bucks
- Photo booth is open from 4:00-8:00pm (digital and print copies provided)
- Dinner is sponsored by Rosita’s Fine Mexican Food. Serving your choice of green chili chicken or red beef enchilada’s along with rice, refried beans, chips and salsa.
- Dessert will be mini cheesecakes – YUM!
Friday March 15th:
- Meal service with complimentary soft drinks and water from 4:00pm to 30 minutes after the last bull bucks
- Photo booth is open from 4:00-8:00pm (digital and print copies provided)
- Dinner is sponsored by Texas Roadhouse featuring ribs, chicken, potato salad, beans and their famous rolls with honey-butter
- Dessert is sponsored by Jeremiah’s Italian Ice with delicious Gelati’s being served!
Saturday March 16th:
- Meal service with complimentary soft drinks and water from 4:00pm to 30 minutes after the last bull bucks
- Photo booth is open from 4:00-8:00pm (digital and print copies provided)
- Dinner is sponsored by Texas Roadhouse featuring steak & shrimp, mashed potatoes, corn and their famous rolls with honey-butter
- Dessert sponsored by Chunk Cookie’s – enjoy their traditional chocolate chip or try their biscoff variety
Sunday March 17th:
- Meal service with complimentary soft drinks and water from Noon to 30 minutes after the last bull bucks
- Photo booth is open from Noon-4:00pm (digital and print copies provided)
- Dinner is sponsored by Texas Roadhouse featuring pulled pork, chicken, potato salad, coleslaw and of course their famous rolls with honey-butter
- Dessert will be Chef’s Surprise – join us, I’m sure it will be good!
Don’t forget – Sunday morning March 17th our Hospitality tent will be open to the public 7:30-10:30 for the FREE pancake breakfast
- Meal service will be right outside the hospitality tent from 8:00-10:00am
- Featuring IHOP pancakes and sausage from the Arizona Pork Council
- Thank you also to Starbucks for providing the coffee and Costco for the milk and juice
- The photo booth will be open from 7:30-10:30am
Credentials
Where to get credentials to enter Hospitality:
Map to the NEW Rodeo Office location next to Arena 3.
- Contestants: Check in at the Rodeo Show Office to get your meal ticket (see the new location link above), then head on over with your back number (required in Hospitality). If needed, the Rodeo Show Office will also provide one companion pass for your guest.
- Visiting Royalty and one guest will get their credentials from the Roots N’ Boots Royalty Coordinator.
- Sponsors & VIPs: check in at Hospitality and your credentials will be provided.
- Committee, Royalty, Contract personnel, EMT’s and Queen Creek Mounted posse: Your Roots N’ Boots Queen Creek contact will provide your credentials. Just stroll by Hospitality and Check-in for your meal ticket.
