The Hospitality Tent at Roots N’ Boots Queen Creek welcomes sponsors, VIP’s contestants, rodeo royalty, contract personnel, uniformed emergency services and Roots N’ Boots Queen Creek committee each day Thursday through Sunday.  

New for 2025 we will be open on Thursday morning at 8:00am, Friday and Saturday at 10:00am and 7:30am on Sunday.  Stop by to relax and enjoy the covered tent or outdoor lounge!  Sorry, no guests in hospitality under 14 unless accompanied by an adult.

 We also invite the public to enjoy our hospitality tent during the pancake breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30am.

Credentials are required to enter (other than during the pancake breakfast, of course).  Contestants – please visit the rodeo office for your back number, companion pass and meal tickets!  Everyone else, please connect with your Roots N’ Boots contact to learn how to get your credentials.

We know you won’t want to miss any rodeo action, so the PRCA rodeo performances will be livestreamed onto TV’s in our hospitality tent during Thursday night through Sunday.

At various times during the week we will have a photographer available to take your photo and provide you with both a printed and digital version.  Don’t forget to take a boomerang too and tag us on your social media!  Outside of the times listed below, we won’t have a professional photographer, but you are welcome to use our photo booth and signs – just ask a Hospitality volunteer and they will assist you.

• Thursday: 4:00pm to 8:00pm
• Friday: 11:00am to 3:00pm AND 4:00pm to 8:00pm
• Saturday: 4:00pm to 8:00pm
• Sunday: 7:30am-10:30* AND 11:00am to 3:00pm

Slack on Thursday March 13th New for 2025!

• Please join us from 8:00am to 11:00am (or until they are gone) for Breakfast Burrito’s from The Patty Wagon.  FOR THIS MEAL SERVICE ONLY, contestants and sponsors will check into Hospitality with ID, and all other personnel will need to show their credentials available from your Roots N’ Boots Queen Creek contact.   Contestants are invited to bring a “plus one” for breakfast.  

Thursday evening March 13th:

• Meal service from 4:00pm to 30 minutes after last bull bucks
• Rosita’s Fine Mexican Food will be proudly serving mouthwatering carnita street taco’s with roasted vegetables along side refried beans and rice.  Of course, Mexican food wouldn’t be complete without chips and salsa, and they’ll have that too!  Dessert will courtesy of Friends of Horseshoe Park – mini cheese cakes – yum!

Friday Matinee March 14th:

• Meal service from 11:00 am to 3:30pm
• Texas Roadhouse will be bringing out burgers with lots of fixings (cheese, green chilis, onions, tomatoes, lettuce), Sonoran hot dogs and Mexican street corn.  Dessert will be provided by Chunk Cookies.  What an amazing lunch!

Friday evening performance March 14th:

• Meal service from 4:00pm to 30 minutes after last bull bucks
• Surf and Turf!  Thank you Texas Roadhouse for bringing back one of our favorite menus!  Steak and shrimp along side of mashed potatoes and green beans.  Add to that your favorite rolls and honey-cinnamon butter.  Chunk Cookies will round out the meal with a wonderful choice of cookies.

Saturday evening performance March 15th:

• Meal service from 4:00pm to 30 minutes after last bull bucks
• Texas Roadhouse will be serving Ribs, BBQ Chicken along with baked beans, potato salad and of course their famous rolls with honey-cinnamon butter.  Save some room though as Jeremiah’s Italian Ice will be serving up their delicious Jelati!

Sunday breakfast March 16th:

• Meal service from 8:00am to 10:00am and is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!
• Our Queen Creek Fire Department will be cooking up pancakes courtesy of IHOP along side of sausages provided by the Arizona Pork Council.  Starbucks coffee, water, milk and juices will also be available.  Bring your family and friends!

Sunday Matinee March 16th:

• Meal service from 11:00am to 30 minutes after last bull bucks
• Sunday’s lunch features herb roasted chicken and pulled pork from Texas Roadhouse along with yummy coleslaw, potato salad and their rolls with honey-cinnamon butter.  Dessert today will be Bundtini’s from Nothing Bundt Cakes.  What a finish for our weekend!
