The Hospitality Tent at Roots N’ Boots Queen Creek welcomes sponsors, VIP’s contestants, rodeo royalty, contract personnel, uniformed emergency services and Roots N’ Boots Queen Creek committee each day Thursday through Sunday.
We will be open on Thursday morning at 8:00am, Friday and Saturday at 10:00am and 7:30am on Sunday. Stop by to relax and enjoy the covered tent or outdoor lounge! Sorry, no guests in hospitality under 14 unless accompanied by an adult.
We also invite the public to enjoy our hospitality tent during the pancake breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30am.
Credentials are required to enter (other than during the pancake breakfast, of course). Contestants – please visit the rodeo office for your back number, companion pass and meal tickets! Everyone else, please connect with your Roots N’ Boots contact to learn how to get your credentials.
We know you won’t want to miss any rodeo action, so the PRCA rodeo performances will be livestreamed onto TV’s in our hospitality tent during Thursday night through Sunday.
At various times during the week we will have a photographer available to take your photo and provide you with both a printed and digital version. Don’t forget to take a boomerang too and tag us on your social media! Outside of the times listed below, we won’t have a professional photographer, but you are welcome to use our photo booth and signs – just ask a Hospitality volunteer and they will assist you.
SassyCassie Photo Booth and Photographer will be available:
- Thursday: 4:00pm to 8:00pm
- Friday: 11:00am to 3:00pm AND 4:00pm to 8:00pm
- Saturday: 4:00pm to 8:00pm
- Sunday: 7:30am-10:30* AND 11:00am to 3:00pm
- *open to public during the pancake breakfast
Credentials
Where to get credentials to enter Hospitality:
- Contestants: Check in at the Rodeo Show Office to get your meal ticket (see the new location link above), then head on over with your back number (required in Hospitality). If needed, the Rodeo Show Office will also provide one companion pass for your guest.
- Visiting Royalty and one guest will get their credentials from the Roots N’ Boots Royalty Coordinator.
- Sponsors & VIPs: check in at Hospitality and your credentials will be provided.
- Committee, Royalty, Contract personnel, EMT’s and Queen Creek Mounted posse: Your Roots N’ Boots Queen Creek contact will provide your credentials. Just stroll by Hospitality and Check-in for your meal ticket.
