We Love Volunteers!
If you or your group would like to volunteer during Roots N’ Boots Queen Creek, we would love to have you! For a shift, a full day or for the weekend, we can always use more help.
Volunteering at RnBQC is also considered community service hours for groups such as National Honor Society, Scouting, school and other organizations that require community service hours.
If you are interested, please fill out the Volunteer Form (below) and submit. Our Volunteer Coordinator will then contact you to discuss specifics of day, time and tasking. We are very flexible and work hard to support the time you have available.
If you are interested in offering more than just weekend help, consider being part of our Event Committee, or our Youth Committee for those between 12 and 21.

Volunteer Position Descriptions
Ticket Taker
Welcome guests and scan/collect tickets at entry gates. Distribute wristbands and provide basic event directions. Friendly attitude and ability to stand for long periods required.
Exit Gate
Assist with managing guest exit flow and ensure all re-entering attendees are wearing wristbands. Provide directions and assist with safe departure. Must be attentive and comfortable outdoors.
Usher
Assist guests with seating and directions. Monitor seating areas for safety and accessibility. Great for volunteers who enjoy helping people.
Elevate Server
Support food and beverage areas by assisting with service, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness. Fast-paced and team-oriented role.
Kids N' Kritters
(Saturday Only)
Help supervise children’s activities and animal interactions. Ensure safety and create a fun, family-friendly environment.
Ranch Dressing
(Saturday Only)
Assist with western-themed contests or showcase areas. Help with check-in, organization, and participant flow.
Xtreme Teen
(Saturday Only)
Support teen-focused activities and help supervise high-energy event areas. Encourage participation and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
