Ashley George, Pro Rodeo Queen

Ashley George is 20 years old. Born and raised in Queen Creek, Arizona, she has spent her entire life growing up along with a town she holds near and dear to her heart.  Queen  Creek is where she found her love for the western way of life and horses as well.  She is honored with the opportunity to give back to the town and its youth and to hopefully play a part in that spark that will bring their love for the western community and way of life.

Maggie Landrum, Teen Queen

Maggie is 15 years old and has lived here in Queen Creek for almost all of her life.  She is in the tenth grade at Camille Casteel Highschool.  She has been riding since she was big enough to sit up.  In her free time she loves to play guitar, ride her horses and hang out with her friends.  She loves passing on her knowledge about horses to the younger generation through riding lessons and advice.

Jazmine Sudrick, Jr. Teen Queen

Jazmine is 14 years old, was born in McHenry, Illinois and moved to Queen Creek when she was just 1 year old.  She is in ninth grade and homeschooled.  She lives on a small farm with her family and her 23 animals.  She is also a level 6 competitive gymnast.  Some of her hobbies and favorite things to do are: crafts, art, cooking, baking and drawing.  She is training with Red Rose Horse training, and her future goals are to become a horse trainer there!

Important Information

Thank you for your interest and involvement with our annual Riding for the Ribbon event!

Each one of our Roots N’ Boots Pro Rodeo Queens and Sweethearts has been challenged to make 50 different rides in honor of someone who has experienced any type of cancer. That’s 450 horse rides! Whether someone has overcome their fight with cancer, is currently in the middle of their fight or has lost their courageous battle, a ride dedication can be made in their honor. 50 horse rides for one person in one month is no small task, yet these girls are hoping they can surpass that number! The Rodeo Queens are required to document each ride they make to verify.

This event will go through the month of November. We are asking for your donations. Any and all money collected from donations or ride dedications for the month of November will be given to Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center. Make sure you keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram pages for the check presentation in Dec.!

Donations & Ride Dedications

Any Donations you would like to make, in any amount, can be done at any time in the month of November online using the QR code or by clicking here.

If you would like one of the queens or sweethearts to complete a horse ride in honor of someone you can make a ride dedication. Use the QR code and select ride dedication and add the name of the person you are dedicating the ride to, if you are comfortable in doing so.
